1/2 lb Feta cheese

1/2 lb Ricotta cheese

6 tbsp Softened butter

1 Clove garlic, crushed

1 tbsp Dill, chopped

2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add ricotta and butter. Blend until smooth.



Suggested Wine: New Land Vineyards 1994 Dry Riesling



NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
