Break cauliflower into flowerette & Place in medium size bowl. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) 5 minutes. Stir. Pour dressing over cauliflower. Add pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) until tender crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
Place 2 tablespoons butter in a 1 cup measure. Microwave at high (100%) until soft, 15 seconds. Mix in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cauliflower. Makes 6 servings.
