2 cup (10 oz.) cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 1/3 cup (2.8 oz can) French's French Fried Onions, divided
1 package (12 oz.) frozen bell pepper strips, thawed & drained*
1 Jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy
3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
*Or, substitute 2 cups sliced bell peppers for frozen pepper strips

Preheat oven to 400øF. Grease 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into bottom of prepared baking dish.
Combine chicken, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, bell peppers, gravy and teriyaki sauce in large bowl. Pour mixture over rice layer. Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook time: 31 minutes.
