Texas Cake
Ingredients
2 cup S-r flour

2 cup Sugar

1 Stick butter

1/4 cup Cocoa

1 cup Water

1/2 cup Shortening

1/2 cup Buttermilk

2 Eggs, beaten

1 tsp Vanilla

Date: Sat, 27 Jul 1996 08:47:38 EDT Mix flour & sugar together in a large bowl; set aside. Melt butter, cocoa, water, & shortening in pot and bring to a boil. Pour over flour & sugar; mix well then add buttermilk, eggs, & vanilla. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 400' for 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before cake is done baking, mix frosting and frost cake when it comes out of the oven.
