1 cup Flour

2 1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 1/4 cup Bran Buds®

1 cup Milk

1 Egg

1/4 cup Oil

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Liquid brown sugar

1 tsp Van
