1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
1 can Baked beans, 16-oz.
1 can Butter or lima beans (16-oz.), drained
1 can Drained kidney beans, 16-oz.
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp Cider vinegar
1 tbsp Deli-style mustard
12 oz Beef franks, cut into 1" pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in baked, butter and red beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Stir in franks. Transfer mixture to 2-quart casserole or 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
