2 Garlic cloves or 1 clove
Elephant garlic
1 cup Basil, fresh -- loosely
Packed
1 cup Italian parsley, fresh
Loosely packed
1/4 cup Celery leaves, fresh
Loosely packed
2 tbsp Chives -- fresh
1 package Tofu -- silken (10.5 oz)
2 tbsp Lemon juice -- fresh
1 tbsp Olive oil -- extra virgin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper -- freshly
Ground

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.
Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
