Tolee's Pecan Bread
Ingredients
1 cup Corn oil

3 Eggs

2 cup Sugar

2 cup Self-rising flour

1 tsp Ground nutmeg

1 tsp Ground allspice

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 Jar junior baby food prunes

1 cup Chopped pecans

Preparation
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat on high speed for three minutes. Sift flour and spices and add to mix. Add prunes and mix well. Fold in pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20-30 minutes or until toothpick pushed into center comes out clean and bread begins to pull away from the sides of pan.
