Tomato Aspic With Artichokes
Ingredients
2 cup Tomato Juice

1 package (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin Powder

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp Onion Juice

1 tsp Celery Seed

1 can (6 Oz) Artichoke Hearts, drained

Preparation
Heat 1 cup tomato juice, add gelatin, and dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.



Serves 4 to 6
