Tomato Vinagrette
Ingredients
3 Tomatoes, cut into wedges



VINAGRETTE



1/2 Onion, minced

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar

2 tbsp Parsley, minced

1 pinch Red Pepper, crushed

Salt

Ground Pepper

Preparation
Mix vinagrette ingredients together and toss with tomatoes. Chill.
