2 package Lf Sweet Italian Tortellini
1 Carrot, Grated
1 Zucchini, Grated
2 Stalks Celery, Grated
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary, Smashed
1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light

Cook tortellini according to package instructions in boiling salted water.
In large nonstick fry pan heat margarine, add the seasonings and vegetables and saute about 5 min.
Drain tortellini and toss with the vegetables.
This was very, very good. Also very quick and easy to make.
