2 Eggs
1 1/3 cup Milk
1 cup Cornmeal
2 small Onions, , chopped
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/3 cup Bacon drippings, (or oil)
1 can (12-oz) Whole kernel corn
2 can (8-oz) Tomato sauce
1 can (3-1/4 oz) Ripe olives
1 tsp Seasoned salt
1 tsp Seasoned pepper
3 tbsp Chili powder, Gebhardts or Mexene
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
Grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Beat eggs, add milk and cornmeal, mix together and let stand while preparing the following mixture. Cook onions and ground beef in fat until onions are transparent and beef loses pink color. Add corn, tomato sauce, ripe olives and the seasonings. Mix well. Add to cornmeal mixture and pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
