Tropical Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
1 medium Ripe Mango, peeled, pitted

And cut into 1/4" cubes

1 medium Ripe Papaya, peeled, seeded

And cut into 1/4" cubes

1 medium Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted

And cut into 1/4" cubes

3 tbsp Lime Juice

2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Jalapeno Peppers, drained

1 tsp Ginger, crushed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
