1 can Tuna
1/2 cup Celery, minced well
2 tbsp Onion, minced well
1/4 cup Canned green chilies, chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
12 slice Bread
2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Tabasco

Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread on half the bread and make sandwiches. Cut each in quarters and arrange in layers in square baking dish (I spray dish) putting cheese between layers and on top. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over all. Bake in slow oven, 300° for 50 minutes or until set.
Tootie Notes: You don't need to add anything but a nice spinach salad and eat.
