2 cup Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
Lettuce, torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc
8 each Eggs, hard boiled
DRESSING
1/2 cup Mustard
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Lemon-pepper seasoning
2 tsp White vinegar

In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
