Vinaigrette [Salad Dressing]
Ingredients
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Honey 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp Oil 1 Clove garlic 1 cup Water Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
In a covered jar combine all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate until needed. Serve on mixed salad greens.
