Mix cream cheese and sugar, add sour cream. Fold in fruit and marshmallows.
Return mixture to cans. Freeze. When ready to serve cut out the bottom of the can and use the lid to push the fruit salad. Cut one inch slices as you go. Place round slices on a lettuce covered tray and serve. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #297
