2 cup Raw zucchini, grated
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/3 tsp Seasoned salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add the zucchini and cheese, seasoned salt and pepper. Cool. Beat eggs until lemon colored and frothy. Fold zucchini, cheese, onion and green pepper into the eggs. Pour into a 2 quart ungreased casserole dish and top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve.
